Who makes the designs?
The designs are all original and handmade by me, Farrin :) I create enamel pins, stickers, and keychains from my trusty iPad Pro.
How long does shipping take?
Each sticker order is hand-packed carefully to ensure product quality in the sealed envelope. I use USPS to mail the order. I do not offer tracked shipping by default for stickers, but if you would like tracked shipping, just contact me! The USPS standard is 1-5 business days for letter mail, but some orders may take longer! For all other items (such as enamel pins, keychains etc.), I use USPS Ground Advantage at a flat rate of $4 which takes 2-5 days for domestic shipping. For international orders, I use USPS and Ascendia Tracking. International orders are a flat rate of $11 for Canada and $13 everywhere else. International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month to arrive. Please understand that I do my best to mail orders out as fast as I can!
What is pin grading?
Enamel pins are a handmade item that take weeks to create from start to finish; as such, some pins come out looking more perfect than others. This means that some pins are discounted for those who don't mind a pin with a flaw. I use a grading system from which you can choose which pin you would like!
Pin Grading:
A: Near perfect pin! Very minor imperfections, if any. Highest quality pin with near-perfect appearance. Full price.
B: May have some visible scruffs, art mislining, small dents, enamel overfill, bubbles, or enamel underfill. Cannot tell the flaws of the pin from afar. Discounted price.
Are your stickers durable?
Every sticker is printed on thick and durable vinyl with a matte finish to achieve a premium look and feel! The stickers are also weatherproof! They can withstand exposure to wind, rain, water, and sunlight. The stickers have a permanent adhesive and are coated with a protective laminate that makes them incredibly durable and resistant to fading, scratching, tearing, oil, and water.
What if I do not receive my order?
Oh no! If your order had tracked USPS shipping and it was marked as "delivered," kindly wait 3 business days as sometimes the package will turn up. If your order is stuck in transit for more than 2-3 weeks, please contact me! If you did not have tracked USPS shipping and you did not receive your order, please email me and I will happily ship a replacement!
Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?
I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders. If there is damage to your order, please contact me!
